Professional perspective
The value behind every investment.
Stephen Jenner specialises in portfolio management and benefits realisation. He is the author of Managing Portfolios and Managing Benefits, connecting professional methods with the choices organisations make about investment, delivery and value.
His experience includes senior roles in the UK Civil Service, where he was Director of Criminal Justice IT and advised cross-government programmes on benefits management. He has also developed and delivered postgraduate and corporate learning for business schools, alongside professional writing and international speaking.
APMG identifies Stephen as Chief Examiner for its Managing Benefits and Managing Portfolios certifications. His work brings attention to the relationship between strategic priorities, the governance of change and the benefits an organisation expects to achieve.
At KBC, Stephen’s named Portfolio Management edition provides a route into these connected themes. Explore the curriculum and use its lessons to develop your understanding of portfolio decisions, oversight and the practical questions that sit behind investment choices.
