With 40 years of experience in the business world, my career spans leading advertising agencies
and running innovation and brand consultancies.
In the first half of my career, I worked with top-tier clients such as Procter & Gamble, Mercedes-
Benz, Kellogg’s, Barclays Bank, and Perrier in both the UK and Asia, gaining invaluable insights
and expertise.
In the second half, I transitioned to managing innovation and brand consultancies. In 2016, I
founded my own management consultancy, advising a diverse range of businesses from large
corporates to SMEs and startups across sectors including pharmaceuticals, real estate,
automotive, fintech, edtech, retail, energy, and more.
Since 2016, I have also served as a director for two startups, the Taunton Cider Company and OMI
Medical. In 2021, I earned an ILM7 certification in Executive Coaching.
As a lecturer in corporate strategy, innovation, marketing, and entrepreneurship at the
undergraduate, Masters, and MBA levels, I bring academic rigour to my practical experience.
Additionally, I am a qualified qualitative researcher, having conducted over 1,000 hours of primary
research for clients in the past four years.
My blend of cross-sector experience, research acumen, academic knowledge, and coaching skills
uniquely positions me to support individuals and boards in navigating the complexities and
challenges of the business world.
I have co-authored two books - ‘The 7 Myths of Middle Age’ and ‘The Nature of Communities’ as
well as producing a documentary on the politics of education: https://www.youtube.com/watch?
