Her prior experience includes over a decade as a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management at the University of Kent Business School, UK, and earlier, she held a directorial position at Jacobs University Bremen. Dr. Zigan earned her PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Surrey and holds a Diplom Kauffrau from the University of Potsdam.
