This course supports learners in understanding, managing and improving their mental well-being while balancing work, study and everyday life.
Starting an apprenticeship can be exciting but also challenging. Learners often face new responsibilities, workplace expectations, deadlines and personal pressures at the same time. This course explains how mental well-being works, how stress and burnout develop, and how everyday habits, communication and mindset can affect emotional health and performance.
Across six practical sessions, learners will explore stress awareness, emotional resilience, relationships, digital wellbeing and long-term confidence. The programme focuses on realistic strategies that can be used immediately to stay focused, motivated and emotionally balanced during an apprenticeship and beyond.
The aim is not to remove all stress — but to help learners cope effectively, recover from challenges and build confidence over time.
